In the same edition of the magazine, contained a change in the list of the Committee’s Officers with E Richardson (of Shrewsbury) replacing Mike Shaw as Chairman. A separate section of this website lists the names of the Committee Officers in the period 1987 to 2006.

The July 1990 magazine stated that ‘This magazine has been reproduced from the original by TSB Bank plc, Western Regional Office, 24 Mount Street, Manchester, to whose Management and relevant staff we are indebted. Our thanks are due to TSB House, Sheldon, Birmingham, for final distribution of the magazine.’ This statement reflected the fact that TSB Bank had reduced the number of their Regional Offices. Subsequent magazines were issued saying that the publication was ‘The Magazine of the former Birmingham Region’. These changes were reflected in the Chairman’s New Year Message in the January 1991 edition of the magazine:
